Shane started his career in Real Estate in September, 1988 for a company in the Melbourne bayside suburb of Frankston. Within twelve months he was appointed Sales Manager, being the youngest ever at the time for the area at age 20.

In May 1991, Shane joined an office that was a member of the Professionals real estate organisation and after completing his full license in 1993 became an associate Director. Shane won the number one salesperson in Victoria award for the Professionals group two years running.

In March 1998, Shane with a business partner started the firm Dawes & Milne First National. During the course of this association the office won National awards for Property Management and remained a top ten office for sales volume in Victoria.

Over a 2 year period Shane conducted training for the First National group Australia wide, served on the National marketing committee, was Vice Chairman of the group in Victoria for 5 years and in 2005 was an Alternate Director on the Board of Directors for the First National Network.

Shane, his wife Tenille and their 3 kids decided to make the big move North and chose the Sunny Coast, because from the moment they first came up here, it felt like home.

Rejoining the First National Real Estate network as General Manager of the Mooloolaba & Maroochydore team he is focused on building relationships with the local community, and throughout our 450 strong National membership.
